Wrestlemania Week 2025: Hall of Fame, Stand & Deliver, Wrestlemania

Hey guys! Welcome to another blog post. This post has the potential to be one of the longest posts I have ever posted on here because this week is Wrestlemania week & I will be covering everything! I will be covering the Hall of Fame, NXT: Stand & Deliver, & Wrestlemania Saturday + Sunday. Get ready, y'all. It's a doozy.
Let's start with the Hall of Fame:
This year's Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on Friday, April 18 after Smackdown (1am ET).
The inductees are:
Triple H (inducted by Shawn Michaels)
Michelle McCool (inducted by her husband, the Undertaker)
Lex Luger (inducted by Diamond Dallas Page)
The Natural Disasters (Earthquake & Typhoon)
NXT: Stand & Deliver:
NXT: Stand & Deliver is this Saturday, April 19 (1pm ET). Here are my predictions:
The first match confirmed so far is Trick Williams vs Oba Femi vs Je'Von Evans for the NXT championship.
My prediction for this match is based off of process of elimination. I don't think Trick Williams needs another title run in NXT right now. I can see him being called up to the main roster soon. I don't see Je'Von winning simply because this is his first title shot. So, that leaves Oba Femi.
The next match is Giulia vs Jaida Parker vs Jordynne Grace vs Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT women's championship.
I think Stephanie is going to win simply because she just won the title not too long ago and I don't see someone like Stephanie losing the title in one of her first defenses.
The next match is a fatal-four-way tag team elimination match to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE women's tag team titles.
I think Roxanne & Cora are going to win because they are two of the top stars in NXT & have been getting major pushes since their debuts. Also, Roxanne has been back & forth between the main roster & NXT since the Royal Rumble & this is Wrestlemania week so maybe this could be their call-up to the main roster which, in my opinion, is long overdue.
The next match is Zaria vs Thea Hail vs Lola Vice vs Kelani Jordan vs Sol Ruca vs Izzi Dame in a ladder match for the women's North American championship.
First of all, I love how the majority of the women in NXT have a match at Stand & Deliver. I'm so proud! Secondly, I don't like how the stripped Stephanie of the NA title because she had two titles. They didn't do it for Becky Lynch when she was double champion (Becky is one of my all-time favorites so, I'm not dissing her by any means).
As for my prediction, I was going to pick Kelani Jordan but, after thinking about it, I'm going to go with Thea Hail simply because she just returned after 8 months off. She also used to be in the NXT women's title picture for a short amount of time so, I really think she deserves this win. Also, after Chase U disbanded, I think this her time to shine and solo star.
The next match is Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) vs Hank Walker & Tank Ledger for the NXT tag team titles.
I think Fraxiom is going to win only because this is Hank & Tank's first title shot (as far as I know).
The next match is Ricky Saints vs Ethan Page for the North American championship.
I think Ricky Saints is going to win because he just won it a couple of weeks ago so, I'll honestly be pretty surprised if he loses the title this soon.
The final match confirmed so far is the D'Angelo family vs DarkState.
I think DarkState is going to win simply because this is one of their first matches as a team and their first event.
Wrestlemania 41
Wrestlemania is tomorrow & Sunday night (7pm ET). Here are my predictions.
Wrestlemania Saturday:
The first match confirmed for Wrestlemania Saturday so far is Gunther vs Jey Uso for the World Heavyweight championship.
Honestly, I think Jey is going to win because Gunther brutalized Jimmy a few weeks ago, so maybe Jimmy could return & help Jey win. Also, I feel like a lot of people aren't expecting Jey to win so that would be a massive shocker.
The next match is the War Raiders vs the New Day for the world tag team titles. Honestly, I think this match was kind of just thrown together and they didn't really have much of a storyline or feud for this match. So, I think this match should've been on RAW (no shade to anybody in this match. I'm a huge fan of both of these teams). So, for this match being on Wrestlemania, I'm expecting something big to happen. I think Big E could come out & help the War Raiders win. The War Raiders are my prediction.
The next match is Rey Mysterio vs El Grande Americano. I think El Grande Americano is going to win because nobody knows for sure who is under the mask (although, most people think it's Chad Gable). I'm thinking he could win and we could somehow see who's under the mask after the match.
The next match is Jade Cargill vs Naomi. I think Naomi is going to win for the same reason the New Day. She just turned heel so her mean streak could help her win. I also don't see this feud ending anytime soon. I think this feud should end in a match with some type of stipulation (last woman standing, steel cage, falls count anywhere, etc.). I don't see this feud ending in just a regular one-on-one match. So, having Naomi win would kind of start the feud and the feud could end with Jade finally coming out on top.
The next match is La Knight vs Jacob Fatu for the United States championship. I think Jacob Fatu is going to win simply because he is easily one of the most dominant wrestlers in WWE right now. He also has Tama Tonga, Solo Sikoa, & Tonga Loa (if he returns) by his side so, they could come out and help him win.
The next match is Tiffany Stratton vs Charlotte Flair for the women's championship. I think Charlotte is going to win simply because she has been in the title picture for years. This is Wrestlemania weekend and I can't see Charlotte Flair losing a title match at Wrestlemania. Especially after just coming off an injury.
The last match confirmed for Wrestlemania Saturday is Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns vs CM Punk. I have thought long and hard about this prediction and I think Seth Rollins is going to win. Here's why:
Paul Heyman has been put in a tough spot between Roman Reigns & CM Punk. He is Roman's wiseman but he is also CM Punk's best friend. CM Punk also gave Paul Heyman this offer & about a week ago, Roman told Paul to say no to CM Punk but, Paul said he couldn't do it. So, during this match at Wrestlemania, I can see Paul Heyman in a tough spot again between Roman & CM Punk which could set up a potential match between the two sometime down the road. They could have a bit of a heated exchange during the match & not even notice Seth Rollins. Which could lead to Seth Rollins sneaking in and stealing the win.
Wrestlemania Sunday:
The first match confirmed (again, not in order) for Wrestlemania Sunday is Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky vs Bianca Belair for the women's world championship. I think out of any match during Wrestlemania week, this one might be the hardest to predict because either one of them winning would make sense. Rhea is so over with the crowd and no matter who she's up against, the pops are always extremely loud for her. Bianca is on a Wrestlemania streak and she hasn't lost a match at Wrestlemania yet. However, I think Iyo is going to win because she is being overlooked by both Bianca & Rhea every week and she's obviously getting very annoyed. Sometime during the match, I think Bianca & Rhea are going to face off and overlook Iyo again, which could lead to her winning.
The next match is Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs Lyra Valkyria & Bayley for women's tag team titles. I think Liv & Raquel are going to win because Lyra & Bayley just wrestled each other for the Intercontinental championship about 2 weeks ago and now they're wrestling for the tag titles?! No shade to either one of them but I just feel like they were just a random team WWE just put together and just throw into this match. I love both Bayley & Lyra so obviously, I'll be very excited if they won but I just don't see it happening.
The next match is AJ Styles vs Logan Paul. I think AJ is going to win because honestly, he needs this win. He hasn't won a match at Wrestlemania since 2019 and he may not have many Wrestlemanias left before he retires so, I would be pretty surprised if he doesn't win.
The next match is Dominik Mysterio vs Finn Balor vs Bron Breakker vs Penta for the Intercontinental championship. I think Dominik is going to win because a lot of people are overlooking him and I think out of all of the men in this match most people think he is the least likely to win but, that's the whole point. People are overlooking him and saying "there's no way he would win". However, Finn & Dominik have been butting heads in the Judgment Day & the Judgment Day has been talking about getting a new member but Finn is totally against it. So, I'm thinking this new member could show up at Wrestlemania and help Dominik win. Also, I've heard that WWE are looking to turn Finn babyface soon so, that would be a good way to go about it.
The next match is Damian Priest vs Drew McIntyre in a Sin City street fight. I think Drew McIntyre will win simply because he needs this win kind of badly. During the thunderdome era, WWE built him up as this huge, dominant beast. Now, he's being robbed of almost every opportunity he gets and it sucks.
The final match of Wrestlemania confirmed so far is Cody Rhodes vs John Cena for the undisputed WWE championship. For this prediction, I'm going to keep it short & simple. I think John Cena could make history and become a 17-time world champion.
Those are all of my predictions for the entire Wrestlemania weekend. However, there is one match I didn't cover which is Randy Orton's match. The reason for that is because we don't know who he's wrestling. It's an open challenge so we won't know who his opponent is until he enters the ring. So, I won't be covering that match.
I am so excited for Wrestlemania & I have a feeling it's gonna be a fun show.
